PFCT –
Create and Configure Workflow Events
Execute transaction PFCT
- At Task Type select “WS
Workflow Template”
- At Task assign a name for the
task
- Click over create
Example: We’ll create a
task to launch BUS2007 (Maintenance Orders)
Go to
the BASIC DATA tab
a) Type a name
Example: “WF Maintenance Order”
Go to
the Triggering Events tab (add events)
At Object Category, set “BO”
At Object Type, enter
the BUS that we need to process
At Event (using the
match code), add all the processes we need
When you
finish, the system will ask for a transport:
Select the package ZONIBEX_ONECONNECT and create a new transport order.
Now we
need to create the links:
a) Click the blue diamond icon for each line; the system will ask for a new
transport (customizing).
The blue diamonds change to green squares.
Now save and exit from PFTC.

The next
step is to create the links in transaction SWE2 or SWETYPV (both are the same
program):
a) Add a new entry to create our event
We need
to fill in the following fields to create the new event:
a) Object Type: This is the process ID, in this case BUS2007
b) Event: Select from the match code list the event you want to
configure. In this case, select “CREATED”
c) Receiver Type: A custom text to identify the process. For OneConnect,
we set “ONECONNECT_CREATED”
d) Receiver Function Module: Select the function module to be executed.
For OneConnect, it is always ZONFM_QUEUE_MANAGER
e) Linkage Activated Checkbox: Turn ON this checkbox
f) Save and exit
