PFCT – Create and Configure Workflow Events

Execute transaction PFCT
  1. At Task Type select “WS Workflow Template”
  2. At Task assign a name for the task
  3. Click over create

Example: We’ll create a task to launch BUS2007 (Maintenance Orders)

Go to the BASIC DATA tab

a)     Type a name

Example: “WF Maintenance Order”

Go to the Triggering Events tab (add events)

  • At Object Category, set “BO”
  • At Object Type, enter the BUS that we need to process
  • At Event (using the match code), add all the processes we need

When you finish, the system will ask for a transport:
Select the package ZONIBEX_ONECONNECT and create a new transport order.

Now we need to create the links:
a) Click the blue diamond icon for each line; the system will ask for a new transport (customizing).

Now save and exit from PFTC.

 

The next step is to create the links in transaction SWE2 or SWETYPV (both are the same program):
a) Add a new entry to create our event
 

We need to fill in the following fields to create the new event:
a) Object Type: This is the process ID, in this case BUS2007
b) Event: Select from the match code list the event you want to configure. In this case, select “CREATED”
c) Receiver Type: A custom text to identify the process. For OneConnect, we set “ONECONNECT_CREATED”
d) Receiver Function Module: Select the function module to be executed. For OneConnect, it is always ZONFM_QUEUE_MANAGER
e) Linkage Activated Checkbox: Turn ON this checkbox
f) Save and exit
